The 10kV series oil-immersed distribution transformer is a three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer produced by our company. The core of the transformer adopts a new type of insulation structure, which enhances its short-circuit resistance. The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. High-quality materials
The use of oxygen-free copper wire with lower resistivity and a series of additional surface treatments makes the wire smoother and free of burrs and sharp corners, reducing the load loss of the transformer and enhancing its electrical performance reliability.
High-quality silicon steel sheets are selected. As the performance level improves, silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss are adopted to reduce the no-load loss of the transformer.
High-quality laminated wood insulation parts are used, which never crack and remain stable even under short-circuit current.
Deeply filtered transformer oil is selected, with lower levels of water, gas and impurities, ensuring more reliable operation of the transformer.
High-quality rubber sealing materials are used, effectively preventing aging and leakage.
All raw materials undergo quality inspection, and all raw material suppliers have passed strict reviews in accordance with the national standard ISO9000.
The S20 series products have reduced no-load loss, load loss and no-load current by 10%, 24% and 46% respectively compared with the S11 series, thus reducing the operating cost by 19%. The S22 series products, on the basis of the S20 series, have further reduced the no-load loss by an average of 20%; the no-load current has decreased by 70-85% compared with the S20 series; the average temperature has dropped by 10K, and the product service life has more than doubled. Even under a 20% overload condition, it can still operate for a long time, and the operating noise has been reduced by 2-4 decibels.
The "R" in S20(M)R- indicates that the core is a wound core. It uses high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with low unit loss, eliminating the need for punching, cutting, and punching, and thus eliminating the horizontal and vertical seams of traditional cores. This results in a lower no-load current, reducing the reactive power loss level of the transformer. It also leads to a lower noise level, making the transformer more environmentally friendly. The integral core and the clamping pieces mainly serve to clamp the coils, further enhancing the short-circuit current resistance of the coils.
The fully sealed (M)
The "M" in S20(M)R indicates that the oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, fully sealed distribution transformers eliminate the conservator and use the corrugated oil tank's corrugations as the cooling and heat dissipation elements instead of oil pipes. The corrugated oil tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin steel plates on a dedicated production line. The corrugations can expand and contract with the transformer's volume, thus isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down oil deterioration and insulation moisture, and enhancing operational reliability. It requires no maintenance during normal operation.
The surface of the corrugated oil tank is treated with degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating before being coated with three-proof (rainproof, moisture-proof, and salt fog-proof) paint, making it suitable for use in environments such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, and mining.
