XGN15-12(F), XGN15-12(F·R) box-type fixed indoor AC metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as "switchgear") is used in ring network power supply or radial power supply systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated current of 630A or less. It is especially suitable for installation in prefabricated substations as a control and protection device for power systems. This product is equipped with FLN36/48-12D type SF6 load switch or FLRN36/48-12D type load switch-fuse combination equipment with insulating enclosures, featuring small size, light weight, easy operation, low operating force, reliable interlocking, and maintenance-free. It is a new generation of high-voltage switchgear required for urban power grid renovation and construction.

 

This product complies with the requirements of GB3906 "3~35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear", GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear", IEC60298 "AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages above 1kV up to and including 52kV", and DL/T404 "Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High-Voltage Switchgear".

 

Normal Service Conditions

 

● Ambient air temperature: -15°C to +40°C;
● Altitude: 1000m or less (highland type can also be provided);
● Temperature and humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity < 95%, daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2kPa; monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%, monthly average water vapor pressure not exceeding 1.8kPa.
● Seismic intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees.
● No corrosive or flammable gases or other obvious pollution.
● Note: When the normal service conditions are exceeded, users can negotiate with our company for solutions.
Panel structure
● The cabinet body is formed by assembling aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, which are precise in size, aesthetically pleasing in appearance, small in volume, high in strength, and have high corrosion resistance and protection level.
● There are two types of SF6 load switch cabinets: XGN15-12(F) type and XGN15-12(FR) type. The former is a load switch cabinet, and the latter is a load switch-fuse combination electrical cabinet.
● The switch cabinet is divided into a busbar chamber, a switch chamber, a cable chamber, and an operating mechanism and instrument chamber.
● The main busbar can be extended to both sides arbitrarily. It can form a ring network power supply unit with three switches or be expanded into a terminal substation with more than four switch cabinets. The cable chamber can be equipped with current transformers, voltage transformers, lightning arresters, and lower grounding switches, etc. The cable head is high off the ground, facilitating cable connection.
● The operating mechanism and instrument chamber is equipped with a mechanical indicator directly connected to the main shaft of the load switch, which can clearly show the closed, open or grounded position of the load switch. The cable inlet end is equipped with a live display insulator, and there is a live display device on the operating mechanism and instrument chamber, which can clearly show whether the cable chamber is live. In addition, the operating mechanism and the door have a complete "five-prevention" interlock to ensure personal safety and prevent misoperation.
● The rear of the switch cabinet is equipped with a directional safety pressure relief device for internal faults.
● The switch cabinet is small in size, light in weight, easy to install and use, and has a protection level of IP3X.
