Today, Jiangsu Tianli Electro-Mechanical Co., Ltd. and Namibia's renowned enterprise AVS Africa Marine & Onshore Services (Pty) Ltd. officially signed an agreement to jointly invest in a new entity-Hiatji Tianli Electro-Mechanical Africa. The signing ceremony was held with great honor in Beijing, witnessed by H.E. Mr. Eli George Kaiyamo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Namibia to China, and Mr. Freddie Gaoseb, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy.
The newly established Hiatji Tianli Electro-Mechanical Africa will specialize in the import and export of a wide range of electromechanical products, with core product lines including:
● Power Equipment: Transformers, switchgear, energy storage systems, cables
● Industrial Equipment: Pumps, mining machinery
● Environmental Solutions: Sewage treatment equipment
● And other related electromechanical products
Headquartered in the Republic of Namibia as its regional hub, the joint venture will leverage strategic geographical advantages and market potential to progressively expand operations across neighboring countries and broader African markets.
Chairman Chen Jinkui stated: "Collaborating with AVS Africa marks a significant milestone in Tianli's internationalization strategy. Hiatji Tianli Electro-Mechanical Africa will combine Tianli's strengths in electromechanical manufacturing and R&D with AVS Africa's extensive local market network and operational expertise, delivering superior and comprehensive product-service solutions to African clients."

The agreement outlines a future roadmap: Based on business scale and market demand, both parties will actively evaluate the feasibility of establishing local production facilities in Namibia. This initiative aims to enhance regional service capabilities, optimize supply chains, and create local employment opportunities.
Ambassador Kaiyamo and Counsellor Gaoseb extended warm congratulations on the partnership. They reaffirmed the Namibian Embassy's steadfast support for Jiangsu Tianli Electro-Mechanical's business development in Namibia and Africa, expressing confidence that the joint venture would actively contribute to industrial growth, infrastructure development, and economic diversification across the region.
This collaboration signifies a decisive stride in Jiangsu Tianli Electro-Mechanical's African market expansion, injecting robust momentum into the company's global footprint.
