Whether the installation work of high-voltage switchgear is done well or not directly affects whether the high-voltage switchgear can operate normally in the future. Therefore, the installation of this link is very important.
1. Handling and unpacking inspection of switch cabinets
After the switch cabinet is transported to the site, it should be opened for inspection. Be careful not to damage the equipment when unpacking. After opening the box, wipe it with a cloth to check if the equipment is consistent with the design, and whether there is any damage, rust or other conditions. Also, check if the accessories, spare parts and technical documents are complete.
After the switch cabinets are unpacked and inspected, they are moved into the distribution room one by one according to the design drawing numbers and placed directly at the installation positions.
2. Wardrobe
When the cabinets are in place, you can first adjust each cabinet to a roughly horizontal position, and then precisely adjust the left and right sides of the first switch cabinet. You can also first adjust the middle position of one switch cabinet, and then adjust the other cabinets one by one according to the good switch cabinets.
(2) The level adjustment of switch cabinets can be measured with a spirit level. When adjusting vertically, place a wooden stick at the specified position and hang a pendant along the cabinet surface to ensure that the upper and lower ends of the cabinet are at the same distance from the vertical position, indicating that the switch cabinet is vertical. If the distances are not equal, thin gaskets can be added to meet the requirements. After being vertical front and back, use the same method to make left and right vertical.
(3) The adjusted switch cabinet panels should be consistent and neatly arranged. The bolts between the cabinets should be tightened without obvious gaps.
(4) The horizontal error of the switch cabinet shall not exceed 1/1000, and the vertical error shall not exceed 1.5/1000 of its height.
(5) After the adjustment is completed, check again to see if it meets the quality requirements, and then fix the switch cabinet base to the foundation steel section with electric welding (or connecting bolts). When performing electric welding, there should be no less than 4 weld seams for each cabinet, and the length of each weld seam for each cabinet is approximately 100mm. For aesthetic reasons, the weld seam should be in the cabinet. When welding, the gasket under the cabinet should also be welded to the base steel section.
3. Cabinet cleaning and equipment inspection and debugging
After the switch cabinet is in good condition, it should be thoroughly cleaned inside, with all debris removed and the equipment wiped clean with a cloth.
(2) Inspect and adjust the disconnectors, circuit breakers and other equipment inside the cabinet.
After the above preparations are completed, the installation of the switch cabinet can be carried out. The installation of switch cabinets is rather complicated. We'll explain it later.
