We all know the significance of circuit breakers for high-voltage switchgear, so the operation and maintenance of circuit breakers are also very important. According to relevant regulations, based on the actual operation of the circuit breaker, the on-duty personnel should usually maintain the circuit breaker during the operation of high and low voltage switch cabinets and record it in the relevant logbook.
Circuit breaker assembly
1. Clean the dead corners regularly.
2. Cooperate with the power outage machine to inspect the transmission components, remove the accumulated dirt on the insulators and deal with the defects.
3. Add lubricating oil to the mechanism in accordance with the provisions of the equipment operation manual.
4. Oil circuit breakers in switch cabinets should be replenished or drained as required, and oil leakage valves should be treated for oil seepage. The newly produced high-voltage switchgear usually does not use oil circuit breakers, and some old switchgear is still using oil circuit breakers.
5. Regularly drain the air circuit breaker storage tank and the main working pipe, and regularly add oil or oil to the air compressor.
6. Check whether the fuses inside the switch cabinet are normal and whether their capacities are consistent.
7. For SF6 circuit breakers, please check them regularly and fill them with air.
8. Use an infrared thermometer to regularly measure the temperature of the circuit breaker contacts in the switch cabinet.
9. Timely count the tripping times of circuit breakers and carry out maintenance on the equipment as required.
In addition to maintaining the circuit breakers in high-voltage switch cabinets during regular power outages, some basic maintenance is also required during normal operation to ensure the normal operation of the circuit breakers.
