Product Features
CS(G)D, CSCD series air-water cooled medium-voltage transformers, the transformer body is placed in a sealed enclosure, and the heat generated by the transformer during operation is carried out of the enclosure by air-water cooling devices to ensure the long-term stable operation of the transformer.

The air-water cooled transformer achieves higher heat dissipation efficiency than a single cooling method through a dual synergy mechanism of direct core heat absorption by the water cooling system (taking advantage of the high specific heat capacity of water for rapid heat conduction) and enhanced heat dissipation by the air cooling system (forced ventilation for accelerated heat dissipation), especially suitable for high-temperature and high-load scenarios above 180°C (such as ship power, new energy power stations). It effectively suppresses insulation aging and ensures stable operation of the equipment.

The air-water cooled transformer achieves a volume reduction of over 30% compared to traditional oil-immersed transformers through modular cabinet design (such as a closed frame box body + top cooling radiator layout).
