The 35KV photovoltaic box-type transformer is a product developed by our company in combination with advanced domestic and international technologies and experiences. It serves as a backup power source using solar photovoltaic conversion technology. The electricity generated by the photovoltaic generator at 690V is transformed into 35KV or 10KV through a step-up transformer and then fed into the system grid or user, thus completing the photovoltaic power generation task. Inside the box, there is an automatic switching device for dual power sources (solar and grid), a transformer, circuit breakers, and power supplies. The solar cells are respectively connected to the input terminals of the solar panels and the DC/AC inverter group, and the output terminals of the DC/AC inverter are connected to the input terminals of the dual power source automatic switching device. The dual power source automatic switching device is connected to the grid power supply through circuit breakers and transformers. It is an outdoor device integrating the 10KV distribution system and secondary system. This achieves the integration of the primary and secondary systems of the box-type substation, modular assembly, factory-based construction process, and simplified installation.
This product is applicable to various photovoltaic power generation sites and is the best matching product for photovoltaic power generation systems. It complies with standards such as GB/T17467 "High and Low Voltage Pre-assembled Substations" and DL/T537 "Technical Conditions for Ordering 6-5KV Box-type Substations".

● Ambient temperature: Maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -25℃; Humidity: Daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%, monthly average relative humidity does not exceed 90%;
● Wind speed: Outdoor wind pressure does not exceed 700Pa (34m/s);
● Vibration resistance: Horizontal acceleration no more than 3m/s², horizontal acceleration 1.5m/s²; Installation environment: Surrounding air is not significantly polluted by corrosive, flammable gases, etc., and the installation location has no severe vibration. If the conditions exceed the above regulations, it can be negotiated with our company.
