Pre-assembled Substation

A prefabricated substation is an integrated substation that includes transformers, high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, and related protection and control equipment. It is prefabricated in a factory and installed as a whole on site.

● Ambient temperature: Upper limit +40°C, lower limit -15°C (with special processes, it can reach -45°C);
● Altitude not exceeding 2500m (with special processes, it can reach 4000m);
● Relative humidity of air: Daily average not more than 95%, monthly average not more than 90%;
● Earthquake intensity not exceeding 8 degrees;
● Not suitable for places with obvious pollution such as corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.
● Note: When the normal operating conditions are exceeded, users can negotiate with the manufacturer to determine.

● This substation consists of a high-voltage room, a transformer room and a low-voltage room, which can be arranged in a square or triangular shape;
● It has terminal, ring network or dual power supply modes;
● It can be made into a single or dual transformer power supply scheme;
● Oil-immersed power transformers and dry-type power transformers can be selected;
● The box is equipped with sufficient natural ventilation ports and heat insulation measures to ensure the normal operation of all electrical equipment (if required by the user, forced cooling can be adopted);
● It has complete "five-prevention" functions, is convenient for operation and maintenance, and is safe and reliable in operation;
● The shell material is stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled sheet, color steel composite sheet, non-metallic or a combination of the two, which is resistant to aging, flame retardant, anti-corrosion, waterproof, dust-proof, and suitable for long-term outdoor use;
● It is small in size, light in weight, aesthetically pleasing and in harmony with the environment;
● When SF6 load switch cabinets are selected, the overall size of the box substation is small, making it more suitable for community construction and street lamp engineering renovation;
● The high-voltage ring network cabinet can be equipped with network automation terminals (RTU) to achieve reliable detection of short circuits and single-phase ground faults, and has "four-remote" functions, facilitating the upgrade of distribution network automation.

High-voltage side
The high-voltage side of the prefabricated substation generally adopts a load switch-fuse combination electrical protection. When one phase of the fuse melts, the three phases trip simultaneously. The load switch can be selected from types such as gas-filled, vacuum, and SF6, and can be equipped with an electric operating mechanism for automation upgrade. The fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with an impactor, which is reliable in action and has a large breaking capacity. For transformers above 800kVA, vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN12, ZN28, and VS1 can be selected for protection.
 

Low-voltage side
The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts universal or intelligent circuit breakers, and the outgoing line switch selects new plastic-enclosed circuit breakers, which are small in size, have short arc distance, flexible outgoing lines, and intelligent automatic reactive power compensation devices, with contactor and contactless switching modes for users to choose from.
 

Transformer
The prefabricated substation selects low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S13, S20, S22 series transformers, and can also select resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environmentally friendly dry-type transformers. The transformer can be conveniently installed and removed.
